Our company Liva Homes s.r.o started to operate in the Slovak Republic in 2020 as a young and dynamic company that produces innovative solutions in order to bring a new vision to the construction industry, unlike our other company that has been operating in the construction industry for many years. With this company that we have just established, our goal is to remove the modular construction logic from the cheap solution category, unlike our competitors in the sector, and turn them into modern and long-lasting structures.
As a result of our R&D and long researches, we created our own modular building system at the beginning of 2022 and started our targeted projects. Our products are manufactured to meet all building standards demanded in accordance with the central and western European market. All the materials used in our projects are the best quality products of their own industry and are fire resistant materials with CE certificate in European standards. All of our products that we have designed and produced have been put into production by making the necessary calculations and tests to be resistant to earthquakes, floods, fires and similar natural disasters.
As a result of the evaluations made with the experts of the sector and the relevant departments of the universities, it was decided to develop a constructive system that could be industrialized by transferring most of the services normally carried out at the construction site to the factory.
We produce new solutions that are more livable, energy efficient and compatible with technology by constantly developing and renewing the projects we do together with our engineers and architects working within our company. In this way, we are not limited to our current projects, and we are taking our place in the sector to higher levels and we aim to be one of the leading companies in the sector not only in the European market but also in the world market.
As a company, our answer to the question of modular construction is, In order to reduce the impact of the world's economic system on the living conditions, we offer people new life alternatives with modern structures that are livable, portable, much more economical than reinforced concrete structures, compatible with technology.
