We offer for sale mobile houses, in different models and with different areas.

We implement all projects from the beginning to the final. Mobile houses are low -energy (A) and made of exclusively certified (CE) materials. Our biggest bonus is that we supply modular houses to customers fully furnished and turnkey !!! (not in the Holod model, etc.)

We will arrange the whole interior for you within the price, exactly according to the visualization of the project and according to the standards of our suppliers. We will be happy to give you more specifications at a personal meeting in our showroom in Bratislava.

Building Technical Details

For each of our projects, we try to comply with 100% rule “Our project from start to final“ We provide a comprehensive service to the client in the area of modular houses, from the start of the project, design design, its subsequent production to the final implementation of the interior and exterior. For our projects we use exclusively quality materials.

In all our modular constructions we use the following materials that meet all fire and waterproof standards:

• Galvanized steel load -bearing system 3.3 mm steel thickness

• Walls 100mm fire -fighting PIR panel that meets all the required thermal standards

• Insulation of the ceiling and floor 100 mm glass wool

• The roof consists of an aluminum arched roof system, with a 3 to 5 degree slope

• Floor covering is made of 22 mm non -slip plywood

The price of the modular house is included:

Interior

• 10 mm floating floor (alternative: PVC, vinyl, ceramic tiles)

• All walls and ceiling are plasterboard

• Toilet and bathroom for complete completed: tiles and tiles in 9mm thickness. Sanity, shower, bath furniture

• All rooms complete furnished with furniture and accessories

• Complete kitchen made of MDF laminate with worktop made of technical stone

• Safety fire -fighting

• Interior doors full of lacquered MDF laminate

• All windows are aluminum, three -chamber from isolated glass

• All Siemens, Schneider or Samsung wiring

• Fast water heater from Siemens

• As required by the client's requirement to install electrical infrared heaters that are mounted on the ceiling or alternative installation of electrical radiators

• All cables are fire -fighting according to Slovak standards, pulled through the ceiling and walls

• Complete spot lighting

• Complete installed water and waste systems

Exterior

• Outdoor fire -fighting material: aluminum composite panel and composite panel with wood pattern

• Outdoor lighting.

Responsibilities and Delivery Time

Seller's Duties

The entire installation system and assembly

The Buyer's Responsibility

Preparation of the mounting site
Preparation of external connection (electricity, water, waste, etc.)
Interesting accommodation, transport and diet for mounting position (for large projects)

Delivery Time

Until 6-8 weeks after payment of the backup (for smaller projects for larger projects up to 12 weeks)

The Deliver is not responsible for not complying with the date of delivery due to the delay of international carrier and force majeure (natural disasters, earthquakes, fire, flood, war, terrorist attacks, Covid restrictions, etc.) Delays caused by accidents and theft during transport and assembly.
In the case of the circumstances above, the delay time will be credited at the date of delivery of the order.
